Hamad International Airport (HIA) is the hub for the
rapidly expanding international Qatar Airways network. Open 24/7 and located
just five km from Doha's city centre, the airport is used by more than 35
regional and international airlines. It is also home to the world’s only
terminal dedicated to Qatar Airways First and Business Class passengers.
About You:
The main accountabilities include :

To ensure that maintenance plans and schedules for a
range of assets are prepared and implemented into the HIA FM computerized
maintenance management system (CMMS) Oracle EAM.
·
Regularly evaluate the maintenance plans and schedules
through effective data analysis and in coordination with the delivery teams to
ensure an optimized plan is in place which delivers the greatest value for HIA,
minimizing cost and operational impact.

Manage a team of Lead Technical Planners and
Maintenance Schedulers to implement planned maintenance strategies for all
maintainable assets across HIA estate.

Ensure all maintenance schedules are delivered, to
maintain compliance with the maintenance plan.
·
To ensure that accurate asset management records are
maintained.
·
To forecast the spare part requirement to deliver the
maintenance plan.
About Your Job:
The ideal candidate will need to have a relevant
University or College qualification to min Bachelor's level, experience in
facilities or asset management and operating computerized maintenance
management systems.
