About Your Job:
You will be responsible to ensure the highest standards of personalized in-flight service is offered to our customers through the professional design and delivery of public announcement and Service training courses, which encourages and stimulates the learning processes in order to develop individual Cabin Crew job competencies and inter-personal skills.
Additionally, you will need to identify course aims and objectives
and deliver training programs that enable all trainees to achieve the
competencies required of their individual position.
Train cabin crew to clearly deliver public announcements on
board/on ground and become effective communicators and be part of a high
performing team.
You
will be required to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with existing cabin
crew and develop training plans where required that fills any gaps between
designated standards and existing performance.
This
position is shift based and will involve flying.
About
You:
To be successful in this role,

You
must hold a Diploma or Degree preferably in Training and Development or similar
field.
·
Minimum
of 5 years experience as an Trainer or similar role.
·
Experience as
Voice and Accent Trainer/Coach , Public speaking Professional or a Speech
Therapist will be an added advantage.
·
"
Train the Trainer" certification will be an added advantage.
·
You
should possess excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in
English and Arabic language.
·
High
level of performance & a role model behaviour.
·
Must
be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office - Word/PowerPoint/Excel.
