We are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our new station within our Marketing team in Malta as a Marketing and E-Commerce Executive. You will support the Commercial Manager in the development, planning and implementation of all marketing & e-commerce sales activities, so as to drive revenue and grow loyalty of all Qatar Airways products from all distribution channels and targeted audiences.
You will directly contribute to the delivery of the market revenue target by assisting in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and e-sales plan that targets existing and new markets.

 You will be responsible for the following tasks

·         Supporting the Commercial Manager to plan according to Head Office and Regional Office guidelines the annual Marketing plan for Station within the assigned budget to enhance the product position and to meet revenue objectives.
·         Supporting in the development of target-oriented campaigns based on customer segmentation and market intelligence.
·         Sourcing and share market research, insight and trends that will improve the quality of the campaigns delivered in the region.
·         Develop all marketing artwork and messaging, be involved in launching press release/newsletters focusing on major QR developments and also provide support to develop and execute integrated PR campaigns as well as new and innovative PR opportunities and stories.
·         Contribute in achieving the qatarairways.com revenue, online check-in penetration, conversion and B2C E-newsletter subscribers database targets for the country.
·         Ongoing measurement and optimisation of all marketing budget spend to ensure objectives are being met.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will hold a Marketing related University degree or an equivalent.
You must have  job related marketing and e-commerce experience, ideally within the  Airline or a similar travel industry.

You must be PC literate (word/excel/PowerPoint) and have a knowledge on the following applications (Amadeus/LARS/TeamSite/QSales). 

You must have the right to live and work in the Malta to be considered for this role. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
