About Job:
As a Curriculum Specialist,
you will be responsible for overall planning, designing, development of course
content and assessments for specific subject areas. You will ensure the
development, maintenance and creation of the highest quality courses for Cabin
Crew as well as for other relevant departments.
In addition, you will be
assisting in reviewing externally produced content and resources whilst
ensuring that company standards are maintained in terms of image, fonts and
layout of course content material.
About You:
You must hold a Bachelor's
Degree or equivalent in training, adult education or instructional design with
a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment. You
should possess excellent communication skills, have a broad knowledge
of learning methodology and be proficient in MS Office.
An exposure in Training, Cabin
Services or Cabin Crew would be preferred.
